# Azure OpenAI Error With Vision Tool

Hi,

I’m unable to get Auzre OpenAI working. I’ve followed the tutorial exactly. I get this error:

I encountered an error while trying to use the tool. This was the error: The api\_key client option must be set either by passing api\_key to the client or by setting the OPENAI\_API\_KEY environment variable.  
Tool Vision Tool accepts these inputs: Tool Name: Vision Tool  
Tool Arguments: {‘image\_path\_url’: {‘description’: None, ‘type’: ‘str’}}  
Tool Description: This tool uses OpenAI’s Vision API to describe the contents of an image.

Please help.

were u able to make is work I have the same issue
