# Does hierarchical process even work? Your experience is highly appreciated!

I am having an issue getting the manager to delegate tasks to coworkers. It keeps saying that it is trying to use a delegate to coworker tool that doesn’t exist. SO, using the manager\_llm method, do I still keep my manager agent, but add it to the agents list?
