🚀 **We’re recruiting technical AI builders!**

C.A.R.E. Initiatives is looking for motivated developers to contribute to **Anthropic-funded agentic AI research for clinical decision-making safety** , alongside projects developing datasets and predictive models for oncologic surgery.

We’re especially interested in individuals with:

- Hands-on experience building agentic AI with Claude or similar LLMs

- Strong coding skills and consistent availability

- Bonus: Computer vision, multimodal AI, or image processing experience
