I am searching some guidance on how to integrate a chatbot in a flow

This might be a good place to start Enhancing CrewAI with CopilotKit Integration

Personally I choose the bot you prefer and then link to your Crew using MCP or API. However, the www.crewai.com platform requires a higher level for flows. Generally I find that the flow can be coded into the bot.
