we are trying to deploy our crews on enterprise and since the start of the day we get and error when trying to hit it:
Error: TypeError: Failed to fetch
Any idea?

Sorry but we do not offer support for enterprise through discourse, please raise a ticket from within the webapp
@matt we have indeed raised a ticket through the portal (using the “support” button) to to no avail.
Are we indeed following the correct process to raise a support ticket?

I am seeing the same error in Enterprise and have raised ticket as well. I am passing inputs through environment variables but still the /input and /kickoff fails with the message “Error: TypeError: Failed to fetch” for multiple crews. Just not sure who to execute the crews.
Hi, yes I have the same problem, I just got charged for the third month and still have not been able to successfully deploy a custom (CLI) Crew. I know the crew works because in locally run without problems, but the moment i try to deploy on Enterprise, i got “Input Fetching Error”
The crew AI team needs to start taking enterprise seriously… Gonna cancel my transaction

I tried to start the free trial for enterprise, unfortunately the link is down for so long.
