CrewAI's open source status and associated costs

Hello CrewAI community,

I’m planning to implement CrewAI in a project that uses Docker, Kubernetes, and FastAPI on a EC2 machine. I’d like to clarify a few points about CrewAI’s licensing and costs:

  1. Is CrewAI completely open source? If so, under what license is it available?
  2. Are there any components or features of CrewAI that require payment?
  3. What aspects of a CrewAI implementation typically incur costs? (I understand LLM API calls would be separate)
  4. Are there any usage limitations on the open source version?
  5. Is there a commercial/enterprise version with additional features?
  6. Is there any free tier limitation for crewai ?

I want to make sure I understand the full cost structure before proceeding with my implementation. Thanks in advance for the clarification!
