Deployment shows healthy but API returns 503 errors

  • I deployed my CrewAI instance successfully, and the status shows “Healthy” in the logs.
  • However, when I try to access /kickoff, /inputs, or /health, I keep getting 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable.
  • I’ve checked my OpenAI API key, updated my environment variables, and redeployed the crew multiple times.
  • The GitHub installation also failed, but I’ve reinstalled it and checked permissions.
  • What could be causing this issue?
