I’m using CrewAI with Azure OpenAI (gpt-4o) to generate a short story, but the execution gets stuck after printing the crew kickoff message

Crew Execution Started
the program hangs without any progress or output. No errors are displayed. I have verified the Azure API key and deployment name, which are working fine in other scripts using OpenAI’s openai library.
