We’re recruiting technical AI builders!
C.A.R.E. Initiatives is looking for motivated developers to contribute to Anthropic-funded agentic AI research for clinical decision-making safety, alongside projects developing datasets and predictive models for oncologic surgery.
We’re especially interested in individuals with:

Hands-on experience building agentic AI with Claude or similar LLMs

Strong coding skills and consistent availability

Bonus: Computer vision, multimodal AI, or image processing experience
