I know how to use the /knowledge on a local build of crewai. But how to I get a “Enterprise” crewai on the crewai.com platform access PDFs / files.
Do I sent then using MCP? Do I use Mem0.ai and upload them?
I want my MCP to be reuseable for multiple users and the Crews need PDF (knowledge) that is specific to each user
Are there any approved CrewAI patterns I can follow?

I am curious what made you chose mem0 rather than other options say letta?
Good point. To start I use the simplest and more supported technology when implementing a new knowledge domain. So mem0 has long been supported with CrewAI.
http://www.letta.com/ looks interesting have you used it with CrewAI? Has anyone? If they have lets get it in the documentation.
It does look to be more reasonably priced
